A mai nap folyamán a New Yorki Rochesterben található Strong nemzeti múzeum beiktatta a SQUARE ENIX szeretett, formabontó DRAGON QUEST-jét a videójátékok Hall of Fame-jébe.
A 2015-ben létrehozott Videójáték Hall of Fame azon elektronikus játékokat ünnepli, melyek ikon státuszt értek el, és komoly befolyást gyakoroltak hosszi időn át a videójáték- és szórakoztatóiparra, a popkultúrára, valamint magára a társadalomra. A DRAGON QUEST beiktatása a május 27-én esedékes Dragon Quest napot előzi meg, amely a franchise 40. születésnapját ünnepli.
